Why am i topping my new driver!?

Hi, i am a 9 handicap golfer and have been playing good golf as of late. I thought id spoil myself and trade in my Taylormade R7 driver and purchased the Callaway FT iZ driver, which i hit like a dream in the showroom. I have been on the course twice with it now, hit one driver 250m down the middle of the fairway and after that have struggled to get the ball past the ladies tee. My fairway wood irons and putter has saved these rounds. What could the problem be? as i did not have any issues with my old driver??
