What sounds wrong with my dirt bike?

I'm working on a 110ish cc dirt-bike. I took apart and cleaned the carburetor cause I thought that was my main problem. Now it's back together. I sprayed starter fluid in through the air intake and she fired right up but then once the starter fluid burned off it puttered out. What should I check/fix?
