Should i move on with my life or wait?

my husband told me he needs space and time to think. He told me we were seperated but we were not living the single life. He said that if not forever and he dosent want a divorced. He has been gone but still paying bills and taking care of home, satisfying me sexually however i want him home. He sates that he wants me to realize what life without him is like and to get hisself together. He is under much stress dealing with deaths in his family and other issues. Last night we spoke and he said he wanted to come home but he needs a bit more time. its been a whole 7 days.
