1995 Saturn sc1 coupe?

so heres what is going on. my saturn sc1 was running fine with an occasional putter so i figured it was about time to change the spark plugs because i knew it hasnt been done in close to 100,000 miles. after doing so, it ran rough and seemed very weak. and after taking the plugs back out i noticed the plugs in cylinders 1 and 2 were wet so i knew the cylinders weren't firing. when i pull all the plugs out and lay them out while attached to the wires and turn the ignition all of the plugs are sparking. ive even tried putting the old plugs back into it but i still cant get cylinders 1 and 2 to fire. what could have went wrong? and what could i do to fix it?
