Rife putter, does this sound real or fake?

So i bought a rife two bar hybrid on ebay, but checked out the seller's info before hand. this guy sold over 100 items and has a 100% satisfaction rate, so seems legit. But my rife putter has a messy paint job on the face. the white paint is smeared on the metal and blue faceplate. this could be whiteout added though for some reason. also, the feel is like the blue faceplate 'clicks' when struck. as if the faceplate bounces a little at impact. anyone who has a rife putter tell me if this sounds right.
