He may or may not no one can answer that but him. However since you seem to like him just remain calm if a guy really likes you he will let you know on his own. It may take him awhile but keep in mind "he thinks you're hot" doesn't mean like. And he may have never spoken to his friends about you they may be messing with him or you just for fun or they may not like his gf and be trying to start a rumor to break them up. And it is odd they would give their names but block their number. They may not be who they said they were at all. So forget the call, remember people block their number for a reason (and its never a good one) so don't answer blocked calls. You should either forget the call completely, be polite to him and see what happens, or walk up 2 him and ask him why he had his friends call u...then watch his reaction. If he seems clueless give him the names and tell him u just thought he would want to know people were making calls about him. Keep in mind it could be an enemy or so called" friend" of yours playing a mean trick. But if u clue him in and ask he will tell you if he likes you. Always remember people aren't always who they say, high school is hard, and to ignore what people say because people lie. But watch what they do and how they act. People will always tell you who they are but u have to be willing to see it. So good luck. I hope it works out.
